发展农村职业教育是实现乡村全面振兴的重要保障。农村职业教育具有培育乡村人才,厚植乡村人力资本;促进乡村产业发展,加快农业农村现代化;缓解农村相对贫困,阻断贫困代际传递;促进乡风文明,维护社会稳定等时代价值。乡村振兴背景下,农村职业教育虽然有较好的外部发展条件,但也面临着诸多现实困境,如主体认识偏差,实践站位较低;办学内容同质化,专业针对性不强;办学方式固定单一,灵活自主性不足;基础保障薄弱,内涵建设不够等问题。为破解农村职业教育发展的现实困境,推进农村职业教育更好服务乡村振兴战略向纵深发展,应营造农村职业教育价值认同氛围;优化契合农村职业教育发展需求教学体系;创新多元协同参与农村职业教育办学模式;重塑农村职业教育组织支持生态,这是农村职业教育发展促进乡村振兴战略的必然之路。

The development of rural vocational education is an important guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Rural vocational education can cultivate rural talents and strengthen rural human capital.Promote the development of rural industries,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas;alleviate relative poverty in rural areas and block the intergenerational transmission of poverty;promote local culture,and maintain social stability.Under the background of rural revitalization,rural vocational education is faced with many practical difficulties,such as the subject cognitive deviation,homogenization of school-running content,fixed and single school-running mode,weak basic guarantee,and insufficient connotation construction.In order to solve such practical difficulties and promote the development of rural vocational education,we should create an atmosphere of rural vocational education value recognition,optimize the teaching system that meets the needs of rural vocational education development,innovate multiple cooperative participation in rural vocational education mode.In that way,we can develop rural vocational education to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.
