负压封闭引流在难愈性创面修复患者中的应用效果

Application effect of vacuum sealing drainage in patients with refractory wound repair

目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)在难愈性创面修复患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月我院收治的150例难愈性创面修复患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同将其分为常规组(73例)和VSD组(77例)。常规组行常规治疗及护理,VSD组行VSD治疗。比较两组的创面修复效果、创面疼痛程度、创面分泌物细菌检测阳性率、创面愈合情况。结果VSD组的创面修复总有效率显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10、20、30 d后,VSD组的VAS评分均显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10、20、30 d后,VSD组的创面分泌物细菌检测阳性率均显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VSD组的新肉芽出现时间、创面感染得到控制时间、创面愈合时间、标准化创面愈合时间均显著短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VSD应用于难愈性创面修复患者中的效果较好,可减轻创面疼痛程度,降低创面分泌物细菌检测阳性率,促进创面愈合,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in patients with refractory wound repair.Methods A total of 150 patients with refractory wound repair treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into routine group(73 cases)and VSD group(77 cases).The routine group received routine treatment and nursing,and the VSD group received VSD treatment.The wound repair effect,degree of wound pain,detection positive rate of bacteria in wound secretion and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of wound repair in the VSD group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10,20 and 30 d of treatment,the VAS scores in the VSD group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10,20 and 30 d of treatment,the detection positive rate of bacteria in wound secretion in the VSD group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The emergence time of new granulation,the time of wound infection control,wound healing time and standardized wound healing time in the VSD group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD applied in patients with refractory wound repair has better effect.It can reduce the degree of wound pain,reduce the detection positive rate of bacteria in wound secretion and promote wound healing,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
