普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of promestriene vagimal capusules combined with live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的探讨普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的178例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各89例。对照组给予普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗,观察组给予普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能指标、血清炎症因子指标、阴道内环境指标、生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.51%,高于对照组的85.39%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,IL-6、CRP、PCT水平及阴道pH值、阴道清洁度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的复发率为2.25%,低于对照组的11.24%(P<0.05)。结论普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗老年阴道炎的效果显著,可改善患者的免疫功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,且安全性好、复发率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of promestriene vagimal capusules combined with live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 178 patients with senile vaginitis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 89 cases in each group.The control group was treated with promestriene vagimal capusules,and the observation group was treated with promestriene vagimal capusules combined with live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use.The clinical efficacy,immune function indexes,serum inflammatory factor indexes,vaginal environment indexes,quality of life score,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.51%,which was higher than 85.39%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the IL-6,CRP,PCT levels,vaginal pH value and vaginal cleanliness score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.25%,which was lower than 11.24%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Promestriene vagimal capusules combined with live lactobacillus capule for vsginal use in the treatment of senile vaginitis has significant effect.It can improve the immune function and reduce the serum inflammatory factor levels of patients,with good safety and low recurrence rate.
