术后疼痛护理在急性胆囊炎术后疼痛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of postoperative pain nursing in patients with postoperative pain of acute cholecystitis

目的探讨术后疼痛护理在急性胆囊炎术后疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的70例急性胆囊炎术后疼痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予疼痛护理干预。观察两组患者的疼痛情况及术后并发症发生情况。另外,选取肝胆外科护士14名,分别参与两组不同护理模式中,各7名。比较两组护理人员的护理质量。结果护理12、24、72 h后,试验组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的术后并发症总发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。试验组护理人员的护理质量各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后疼痛护理应用于急性胆囊炎术后疼痛患者,可有效减轻患者的疼痛症状,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理人员的护理质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of postoperative pain nursing in patients with postoperative pain of acute cholecystitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with postoperative pain of acute cholecystitis treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given pain nursing intervention.The pain and postoperative complications of patients in the two groups were observed.In addition,14 hepatobiliary surgical nurses were selected to participate in different nursing modes of the two groups,with 7 cases in each group,and the nursing quality of nursing staff in the two groups was compared.Results After 12,24 and 72 h of nursing,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 2.86%,which was lower than 14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions and total score of nursing quality of nursing staff in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative pain nursing applied in patients with postoperative pain of acute cholecystitis can effectively reduce the pain symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,which is worthy of promotion.
