摘要 目的分析下肢机器人配合运动疗法训练对脑瘫患儿步行能力的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月至2020年3月收治的70例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字排列表法将其分成试验组(35例,下肢机器人配合运动疗法训练)和常规组(35例,运动疗法训练)。比较两组患儿干预前、后的粗大运动功能评估表(GMFM-88)评分,踝关节主动关节活动度(AROM)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分;比较两组患儿家长的满意度。结果干预后,两组患儿D、E区的GMFM-88评分均升高,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患儿的AROM、BBS评分均升高,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组患儿家长的满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿实施下肢机器人配合运动疗法训练,可改善患儿步行能力,增强其平衡能力,提升患儿家长满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of lower limb robot combined with exercise therapy training on walking ability of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 70 cases of children with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into experimental group(35 cases,lower limb robot combined with exercise therapy training)and routine group(35 cases,exercise therapy training)by random number arrangement table method.The gross motor function assessment(GMFM-88)score,ankle active range of motion(AROM)and Berg balance scale(BBS)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups;the satisfaction of parents of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the GMFM-88 scores of D and E areas in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the AROM and BBS score in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of lower limb robot combined with exercise therapy training in children with cerebral palsy can improve their walking ability,enhance their balance ability and enhance the satisfaction of their parents.
