阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的中医临床研究概况

Overview of TCM clinical research on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

本文在古代文献及近年来临床研究的基础之上,从阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的病因病机、辨证论治、针刺治疗等方面展开论述。本文认为本病主要与饮食失宜、外邪侵袭、体质因素、久病体虚有关,致使痰热瘀阻塞气道,气机运行不利,气道不通而发病。本病大致分为痰湿内阻、痰瘀互结、虚实夹杂三种证型,通过中药辨证施治及针刺治疗本病可取得明显的效果。但是目前针对本病的研究仍然较少,后续应该规范中医病名归属,继续完善中医对本病病因病机的认识,制定规范的辩证论治及疗效评价标准,深入研究有明确疗效的中医药治疗方法。

On the basis of ancient literatures and recent clinical studies,this paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,therapy with syndrome differentiation and acupuncture treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).In this paper,it is considered that the disease is mainly related to improper diet,invasion of external evil,physical factors,long illness and body deficiency,resulting in phlegm heat and blood stasis blocking the airway,adverse operation of Qi and airway obstruction.The disease can be divided into three types:internal obstruction of phlegm and dampness,intercombination of phlegm and blood stasis,and inclusion of deficiency and solid.TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation and acupuncture treatment of this disease can achieve obvious results.However,there are still few studies on this disease.In the future,we should standardize the attribution of TCM disease names,continue to improve the understanding of TCM on the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,develop normative therapy with syndrome differentiation and efficacy evaluation standards,and conduct in-depth research on TCM treatment methods with clear efficacy.
