红砖表面空心瘤状物的成因研究

Causes of hollow nodules on surface of red bricks

采用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对关中地区某砖厂红砖表面黑色空心瘤状物的成因进行了研究,研究发现:红砖表面的空心瘤状物源于缺氧条件下制砖原料中黄铁矿及相关化合物的热分解,因此,可以根据产品红砖表面空心瘤状物分布的均匀性大致判断原料煤矸石的混合是否均匀,此外,还可以根据该空心瘤状物的多少来大致定性判断砖窑尾气中的SO2含量高低。

X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy are used to study the causes of black hollow nodules on the surface of red bricks in a brick factory in Guanzhong area.The study found that the hollow nodules on the surface of red bricks originated from the py⁃rite in the brick raw materials under hypoxic conditions.Thermal decomposition of iron ore and related compounds,therefore,it can be roughly judged whether the raw coal gangue is uniformly mixed according to the uniformity of the distribution of hollow nodules on the surface of the red bricks.In addition,it can be roughly qualitatively based on the number of hollow nodules,and determine the level of SO2 in the exhaust gas of the brick kiln.
