烧结轻陶墙板(FPC)的热工方案分析

Analysis of thermal engineering scheme of fired panel of ceramics(FPC)

详细分析了目前烧结制品所采用的隧道窑的热工原理结构,指出其并不适用于生产烧结FPC板材,提出采用多层(5层以上)辊道干燥器结合辊道窑生产FPC板的热工方案,此方案简化了工艺流程,提高了热工控制水平,提升了产品品质,降低了投资成本。

This paper analyzes in detail the thermal principle and structure of the tunnel kiln currently used for fired products,and points out that it is not suitable for the production of FPC.It is proposed to use multi-layer(5 layers or more)roller dryers combined with roller kilns to produce FPC.Thermal engineering scheme,this scheme simplifies the process flow,improves the thermal engineering control level and the product quality,reduces the investment cost.
