分析了“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的重要性,指出由二氧化碳所导致的全球气候变暖已威胁到人类生存和发展,我国必须采取相关措施,其中,“住”的碳排放方面,通过大量采用节能技术和材料,来加大建筑节能力度,努力实现中国“碳中和”的艰巨任务。

The article analyzes the importance of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutral”,points out that global warming caused by carbon di⁃oxide has threatened human survival and development.China must take relevant measures.Among them,by adopting a large number of energy-saving technologies and materials,decrease carbon emissions in“living”,will increase the energy efficiency of buildings and strive to realize the arduous task of“carbon neutral”in China.
