智能读码器镜头自动对焦系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对目前智能读码器镜头人工对焦方式繁琐、读码器技术更新而对焦驱动方案尚未快速跟进,液态镜头驱动方案复杂、对非标准接口兼容少、国内读码器自动对焦系统不足等问题,提出一种实现自动对焦、系统方案成熟可靠、镜头适配性强、对焦精度99.6%以上、体积小型化的智能读码器对焦系统。系统基于ARM平台和LINUX系统开发,采用MS419xx国产驱动芯片、国产小尺寸镜头底座,通过实际对焦测试,该系统对焦成功率99.6%以上,具有灵活、稳定、可靠性高等特点。 A code reader auto-focus system was proposed with automatic focusing,mature and reliable system scheme,strong lens adaptation,focusing accuracy above 99.6%and miniaturization aiming at the problems that the manual focusing method was cumbersome,the liquid lens drive scheme was complicated and less compatible with non-standard interfaces,and the autofocus system of the domestic reader was insufficient.The new system was developed based on the ARM platform and LINUX system,used the MS419xx domestic drive chip and a domestic small-size lens base.Through the actual focus test,the new system can achieve auto focus with the focusing accuracy of over 99.6%,It is characterized by flexibility,stability and high reliability.
