摘要
针对不平衡传感器的使用导致防护热板法导热仪机械结构和电子系统复杂、装配和调试十分困难、成本高昂等问题,提出了一种无需不平衡传感器的防护热板法导热仪校准方法。通过使用国家标准样品对仪器进行标定,得到施加至护板温度偏移量的拟合公式,从而抑制温度不平衡误差,实现导热系数的准确测量。实验结果表明,校准后的仪器测得的导热系数相对误差在±2%以内,验证了该校准方法的有效性和可行性,为无需不平衡传感器的防护热板法导热仪的研发提供了一种思路。
Aiming at the problems of complicated mechanical structure and electronic system,difficult assembly and debugging,and high cost caused by the use of imbalance sensors in the guarded hot plate apparatus,a calibration method of the guarded hot plate apparatus without imbalance sensors was proposed.By using the national standard sample to calibrate the apparatus,a fitting formula of the offset applied to the guard plate temperature was obtained,so as to restrain the temperature imbalance error and realize the accurate measurement of the thermal conductivity.The experimental results show that the relative error of the thermal conductivity measured by the calibrated apparatus is within±2%,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the calibration method,and provides a new idea for the research and development of the guarded hot plate apparatus without imbalance sensors.
