摘要
生药学实验是通过实验教学让学生加深理解和复习巩固课堂理论知识的环节。实验内容多以显微鉴定为主,将“海藻多糖的含量测定方法”引入到生药学实验中,增加了生药含量测定的内容。实验在《中国药典》法定执行标准的基础上,对提取、醇沉、比色等关键步骤进行优化,使之适用于本科生实验教学。研究结果发现,该实验专题应用于本科生实验教学是可行的,使学生掌握中药海藻中多糖含量测定方法的同时,还对海洋多糖的研究有了初步的了解和认识,为他们以后的课题研究打下良好基础。
Pharmacognosy experiment is the link of deepening students’ understanding and reviewing and consolidating classroom theoretical knowledge through experimental teaching. The contents of the experiments were mainly based on microscopic identification, and the content of content determination of seaweed polysaccharide was increased by introducing "method of content determination of seaweed polysaccharide" into pharmacognosy experiments. On the basis of the statutory standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia, the key steps of extraction, alcohol precipitation and colorimetry were optimized to make it more suitable for undergraduate experimental teaching. The results show that the experimental topic is feasible for undergraduate experimental teaching, which enables students to master the method of determination of polysaccharide content in traditional Chinese medicine seaweed, and to have a preliminary understanding and understanding of marine polysaccharide, laying a good foundation for their future research.
