分层次探究在探索型化学实验中的教学实践

Teaching practice of hierarchical exploratory in exploration chemistry experiment

针对“探索型化学实验”选修实验教学中遇到的问题,引入从废弃橙皮中提取天然产物实验,并采用“分层次—探究”实验教学手段,对不同化学基础的学生设计不同的实验路线,对相同实验进行对比研究和系统性探索。实践结果表明,将变废为宝引入本科实验教学并采用“分层次—探究”教学手段,不仅能提升实验教学的趣味性,培养学生创新能力和探究能力,还有助于增强学生的可持续发展观念和社会责任感。

In view of the problems encountered in the experimental teaching of exploratory chemistry experiment,the experiment of extracting natural products from discarded orange peel was introduced,the experimental teaching method of hierarchical exploration was adopted.Different experimental routes were designed for students with different chemical foundations,the same experiment was conducted comparative research and systematic exploration.The results show that the experiment teaching that adopt hierarchical exploration can not only improve the interest of experiment teaching,cultivate students’innovation ability and inquiry ability,but also enhance the students’concept of sustainable development and sense of social responsibility.
