天然产物真菌实验室安全管理探讨

摘要 真菌作为天然产物来源的一类重要微生物资源,已得到人们的极大关注和广泛研究,并建立了大量研究天然产物真菌的实验室。根据从事真菌天然产物等相关研究的经验,并以实际工作为出发点,从生物安全,实验室安全和人员安全管理等角度对天然产物真菌实验室安全管理进行了探讨,以期为进一步加强生物安全管理,实验室人员管理提供参考。 Fungi, as an important microbial resource, have received great attention and extensive research. A large number of fungal laboratories for obtaining natural products have also been established. Based on the author’s experience of the research on fungi and its products, and based on practical work, it has discussed in this paper that the safety management of fungal laboratory for obtaining natural products, mainly for the perspectives of biosafety, laboratory safety and personnel safety management. This article is to provide reference for further strengthening biosafety management and laboratory personnel management.
