区域医联体模式下大数据医疗和智慧养老相结合精准服务模式研究

Research on the precision service model combining big data medical care and smart elderly care under the Regional Medical Cluster model

目的:随着人口老龄化形势的不断加剧,社会医疗和养老问题凸显。通过医疗资源与养老服务融合,利用医疗大数据为老年人提供精准的综合医疗保健与养老照护。方法:依托区域医联体和国家老年疾病临床中心,构建医养结合的医联体网络,建立老年疾病生物样本库、老年医学中心病房和远程医疗平台,通过老年健康综合评估技术标准研究、老年共患病管理,形成区域性老年健康多元数据库,搭建社区虚拟医养结合平台,为区域内老年人提供全方位的精准医老养老模式。结果:区域医联体模式下大数据医疗和智慧养老相结合精准服务模式初显成效。结论:在医养大数据支持下,应用区域内的医疗大数据的精准养老模式,具有在区域医联体内积极推广的价值。

Objective:With the increasing aging of the population,the problems of social health care and pension are prominent.Through the integration of medical resources and elderly care services,medical big data is used to provide accurate comprehensive medical care and elderly care for the elderly.Methods:Relying on the Regional Medical Cluster and National Clinical Research Center for Aging and Medicine.Firstly,the network of Medical Cluster combining medical care and nursing was built.Secondly,the biological sample database of geriatric diseases.Thirdly,the ward of the geriatric medical center and the telemedicine platform were established and the regional multi-database of geriatric health was formed through the research on the technical standard of the comprehensive evaluation of geriatric health and the management of geriatric co-diseases.The community virtual platform of Medical Cluster combining with nursing was built,we provide a comprehensive and accurate elderly care model.Results:Under the mode of Regional Medical Cluster,the precision service mode of combining big data medical care and smart pension have achieved initial results.Conclusion:With the support of medical care big data,the precise old-age care model using medical big data in the region has the value of active promotion in the Regional Medical Cluster.
