DRG对医疗机构运行状况的影响研究

Research on the impacts of DRGs on the operation status of medical institutions

目的:分析DRG付费实施前后医疗机构的整体运营变化情况,为优化DRG付费实施提供政策建议。方法:选取国内东、中、西3个地区16个省份共376所医院的2013-2018年卫生统计报表数据,采用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:实施DRG付费后,医疗机构人力资源、床位数量、服务量、收入情况等大部分指标均出现明显增长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DRG付费实施,未对医疗机构的整体运行产生阻碍,医疗服务能力和服务质量显著提升,整体运营形势呈现良好态势。

Objective:Aimed to investigate the operational changes of medical institutions after the implementation of the DRGs and provide policy suggestions to optimize the DRGs system.Methods:A total of 376 hospitals in 16 provinces situated in the eastern,central,and western areas of China were selected.Data of these hospitals from 2013 to 2018 were obtained,and SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze these data.Results:After the implementation of DRGs,most parameters such as medical practitioners,the number of hospital beds,the number of inpatient and outpatient,and revenues of hospitals have increased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of DRGs did not hinder the hospital operation,on the contrary,the medical service capacity and quality were significantly improved after DRGs.The whole operational situation of these medical institutions kept good momentum after DRGs.
