后疫情时代某三甲儿童医院疾病谱变化与应对策略

Changes in the disease spectrum and response strategies of a Grade Ⅲ children’s hospital in the post-COVID-19-epidemic era

目的:探讨后疫情时代儿童医院就诊患儿的疾病谱变化,了解疫情期间医院防控措施对公众就医带来的影响。方法:回顾性收集2020年度温州医科大学附属第二医院、育英儿童医院收治的门诊及住院患儿信息,以2019年度收治的患儿作为对照组,对就诊患儿数量、疾病种类及来源地的变化进行统计分析。结果:2020年度门诊及住院患儿较2019年度明显减少,与呼吸系统相关的疾病数量较前明显减少,患儿来源地域性差异不明显。结论:新冠肺炎疫情对儿童专科医院的影响较大,居家隔离、戴口罩等物理措施可以明显减少呼吸系统感染性疾病的发生;儿童医院应积极应对后疫情时代面临的各种变化,促进医院健康持续发展。

Objective: To explore the change of disease spectrum in children’s hospitals in the post-COVID-19-epidemic era, and to understand the impact of epidemic health management measures on public medical service.Methods: The information of outpatient and inpatient patients of the Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children’s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University in 2020 was retrospectively collected. The outpatient and inpatient patients of the hospital in 2019 were taken as the control group. The changes of patient number, disease types and source of the patient were statistically analyzed. Results: The number of outpatient and inpatient patients in 2020 was significantly lower than that in 2019, and the number of diseases related to the respiratory system was significantly lower than that in the previous year. There was no significant regional difference in the source of patients. Conclusion: COVID-19 has a great impact on children’s hospitals. Physical measures such as home quarantine and wearing face masks can significantly reduce the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases.Children’s hospitals should actively respond to various changes in the post-epidemic era and promote the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals.
