运用课达型品管圈提高静脉药物配置残留量不合格检出准确率实践与成效

The practice and effect of using the subject-achieving quality control circle to improve the accuracy of the detection of unqualified residual amounts of intravenous drug preparations

目的:探讨课达型品管圈在提高静脉药物配置残留量不合格检出率中的应用与成效,为科室质量管理和流程改造提供参考。方法:根据工作实际所需,以问题为导向,确定"提高静脉药物配置残留量不合格检出准确率"为本次品管圈活动主题,遵循PDCA循环,按照品管圈实施步骤开展活动,评价活动前后有形成果和无形成果。结果:活动实施后静脉药物配置残留量不合格检出准确率大幅提升,达到99.68%,明显高于实施前97.67%;品管圈活动后,团队成员在品管圈手法运用、团队精神、沟通协调、活动信心、责任感、荣誉感等方面明显提升。结论:在静脉药物配置中心管理过程中,开展品管圈活动能够有效提高药物配置残留量检出准确率,提高工作人员的工作积极性以及综合素质,从而提升医院药学服务水平,最终使患者受益。

Objective: To explore the application and effectiveness of the subject-achieving quality control circle in improving the unqualified detection rate of intravenous drug configuration residues, and to provide theoretical support for department quality management and process improvement. Methods: According to the actual needs of the work and problem-oriented,determine ‘improving the accuracy of unqualified detection of intravenous drug configuration residues’ as the theme of this quality control circle activity, follow the the Plan, Do, Check, and Action(PDCA) cycle, and carry out activities in accordance with the implementation steps of the quality control circle. There are tangible and intangible results before and after the evaluation activity. Results: After the implementation of the activity, the accuracy rate of unqualified detection of intravenous drug configuration residues was greatly improved, reaching 99.68%, which was significantly higher than 97.67% before the implementation;after the quality control circle activity, the team members used the techniques, teamwork, and communication in the quality control circle coordination, activity confidence, sense of responsibility, sense of honor, etc. have been significantly improved. Conclusion: In the management process of intravenous drug configuration center, carrying out quality control circle activities can effectively improve the detection accuracy of drug configuration residues, improve the enthusiasm and overall quality of the staff, thus improve the level of hospital pharmacy services, and ultimately benefit patients.
