摘要
目的评价启智博士早期语言评估与干预仪对3~6岁语言发育迟缓儿童的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月在沈阳市儿童医院康复科收治的40例36~60月语言发育迟缓儿童,随机分为常规治疗A组和干预仪治疗B组各20例,治疗6个月,治疗前后采用早期语言能力评估软件对儿童词语、词组、句子理解能力进行评估。结果两组患儿组内语言理解能力评估结果(百分比)治疗后均显著提高(P<0.05);B组治疗后语言理解能力中词组、句子显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论合理运用启智博士早期语言评估与干预仪,能更好地改善3~6岁语言发育迟缓儿童的语言理解能力。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Dr.Language-4 for children aged 3-6 with delayed language development and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods 40 cases of 36-60 months children from Department of Rehabilitation of Shenyang Children's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into group A(n=20)with conventional treatment and group B(n=20)with the adjuvant treatment of Dr.Language-4.Language ability was evaluated and compared by software and ICF converter before and after 6 months of treatment.Results The ability of language comprehension(Percentage)of both groups is improved obviously(P<0.05).Further more,the statistic of Group B is much better than Group A(P<0.05)regarding the language comprehension for phrase and sentence.Conclusion It can better improve curative effect for 3-6 years old children with delayed language development to make a rational use of Dr.Language-4 instrument.
