摘要
目的探讨认知神经与语言训练联合感觉统合训练对自闭症儿童语言康复的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2021年2月本院就诊的105例自闭症儿童作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(53例)及对照组(52例)。对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组采用认知神经及语言训练联合感觉统合训练干预。干预前后采用Gesell发育量表语言领域发育商、孤独症儿童行为检查量表(autism behaviour scale,ABC)等对患儿语言发育状态、行为、感觉统合能力,以及事件相关电位P3的潜伏期及波幅进行评定,比较两组疗效。结果①两组干预后前庭功能、触觉异常、本体感觉及学习能力等感觉统合评分显著升高(P<0.05),观察组得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。②干预后观察组语言发育商得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③ABC量表中感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言,生活自理方面得分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。④两组干预后P3潜伏期明显缩短,波幅明显增高,观察组干预后潜伏期短于对照组,波幅高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知神经及语言训练联合感觉统合训练可有效改善自闭症儿童语言功能。
Objective To explore the effects of cognitive neurologic and language training combined with sensory integration training on speech rehabilitation of autistic children.Methods A total of 105 autistic children admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(52 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received cognitive neurologic and language training combined with sensory integration training intervention.The children's sensory integration ability was assessed before and after the intervention,the language development status was evaluated by Gesell Developmental Scale language domain development quotient,and the children's behavior was evaluated by autistic children behavior inventory(ABC).The latency and amplitude of event-related potential P3 were measured before and after the intervention.Results①After the intervention,sensory integration scores of vestibular function,tactile abnormalities,proprioception and learning ability significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and scores of each item in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).②After the intervention,the score of language development quotient in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of sensation,communication,body movement,language and total score in ABC scale were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).③After the intervention,the incubation period of P3 in both groups was significantly shortened and the amplitude of P3significantly increased.The incubation period in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amplitude washigher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive neurologic and language training combined with sensory training caneffectively improve the language function of children with autism,which has high clinical application value.
