基于共同体理论的江苏产教研融合发展策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 江苏是长三角区域重要组成部分,是全国经济、教育、科研大省,具备产教研融合发展的良好基础。时值长三角区域一体化战略上升为国家战略之际,江苏产教研融合遇到大发展的窗口期。近年来,江苏产教研发展破解了主体合作意愿弱、校热企冷、形式单一、合作领域狭窄、融合深度不足等问题,创造了产教研融合型企业、产业技术研究院、产业学院、产教融合科技园等融合模式,并在实践中取得了较好的成效。江苏产教研融合发展显现出“融合领域拓展、融合内容丰富、融合形式多样、利益分配灵活”等特征,由“简单合作”向“命运共同体”方向发展。 Jiangsu is an important part of the Yangtze River Delta region and a major province of economy,education and scientific research in China.It has a good foundation for the integrated development of produc⁃tion,teaching and research.At the time when the regional integration strategy of the Yangtze River Delta rose to a national strategy,the integration of industry,teaching and research in Jiangsu encountered a window peri⁃od of great development.In recent years,the development of industry,teaching and research in Jiangsu has overcome the problems of weak willingness of main cooperation,hot schools and cold enterprises,single form,narrow cooperation field and insufficient integration depth,created integration models such as industry,teach⁃ing and research integration enterprises,industrial technology research institutes,industrial colleges and in⁃dustry⁃education⁃integration Science and Technology Parks,and achieved good results in practice.The inte⁃gration of industry,teaching and research in Jiangsu shows the characteristics of"expansion of integration field,rich integration content,diverse integration forms and flexible interest distribution",and develops from"simple cooperation"to"community of common destiny".
