基于文本情感分析的高职学生在线课程学习体验研究

摘要 探讨高职学生在线课程学习体验,可以提升高职院校在线课程教学质量和人才培养质量,促进高职教育教学改革。使用爬虫软件搜集微博平台上高职学生在线课程学习的评论,对采集的文本数据进行清洗、分词、词频统计、词云绘制和情感分析,发现高职学生虽然较为认可在线课程学习方式,但其在线课程学习体验不容乐观,线上教学并不能完全取代线下教学;学习任务重、注意力不集中、自律性差、听课效率低、学习软件过多等问题在一定程度上拉低了学生的在线课程学习体验。为提升高职学生在线课程学习体验,应关注学生在线学习毅力水平,提高学生在线学习动机,提升师生交互水平,增强其社会临场感。 To explore the learning experience of online courses for higher vocational students can improve the quality of online course teaching and personnel training in higher vocational colleges,and promote the teach⁃ing reform of higher vocational education.Crawler software is used to obtain the text data of online course learning comments of higher vocational students on microblog platform.Then we perform word segmentation,word frequency statistics,word cloud rendering,and sentiment analysis.The study found that although higher vocational students can accept online course learning,their online learning experience is not optimistic,and online teaching can't completely replace offline teaching;to a certain extent,heavy learning tasks,inatten⁃tion,poor self⁃discipline,low efficiency,too many learning software and other problems pull down the stu⁃dents'online course learning experience.In order to improve the online learning experience of higher voca⁃tional students,we should pay attention to the level of students'online learning perseverance,improve stu⁃dents'online learning motivation,and enhance the level of teacher⁃student interaction and social presence.
