摘要 压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)是指打喷嚏、咳嗽、大笑或运动等腹压增高时出现尿液不自主地从尿道口漏出,是女性最常见的尿失禁类型[1]。全世界25%~45%的女性存在不同程度的尿失禁[2-3];我国成年女性的SUI患病率为18.9%,其中50~59岁年龄段患病率最高,达28.0%[4]。
