摘要
通过搭建基于静态箱法的切割器捕集效率评价系统,分别评价了几种常见国产非国标法颗粒物切割器的性能.结果表明,2~3L·min^(-1)的小流量国产切割器的D_(a50)在2.5μm附近,但曲线形状与标准形状差异较大,几何标准偏差不符合要求;可调流量国产切割器符合国家标准对PM_(2.5)切割器的性能要求,但不符合对PM_(10)切割器的性能要求;带切换阀切割器的切换阀如果未能完全切换到预定位置,会影响切割器的性能指标.通过与同类型的进口切割器对比,揭示了国产非国标法颗粒物切割器目前存在的问题较多,并对其提出了改进建议,如提高切割器的加工精度、优化切换阀控制准确度等.
By developing an evaluation system to quantify the cutter′s collection efficiency based on static box method,several domestic non⁃national standard particulate matter cutters were evaluated.The results showed that the D_(a50) of domestic cutters with small flow rate of 2~3 L·min^(-1) is about 2.5μm,while the curve shape was quite different from the standard shape,and the geometric standard deviation could not meet the requirements.The domestic cutters with adjustable flow met the performance requirements of PM_(2.5) cutter in the national standard,but could not meet the performance requirements of PM_(10) cutter.As for the cutters with switchable valves,the performance of the cutter would be affected if the valves were not fully switched to the preset position.By comparing the performance indicators of domestic and imported cutters,the problems existing in domestic non⁃national standard particulate cutters were revealed.Several suggestions of advancement were put forward,including improve the machining precision of the cutter,optimize the control accuracy of switching valves,etc.
