摘要
在校企融合机制下,旅游管理专业把基于工作岗位的素质、知识与技能教育,基于职业证书的“双证”教育,基于技能竞赛的工匠精神培育,基于创新创业的“双创”教育作为技能型、应用型人才的切入点和突破口,不断探索与实践。将“岗、课、证、赛、创”融入人才培养的各环节,形成“岗课证赛创”协同的一体化课程体系,较大地改变了原有的教学模式和人才培养方式并取得良好成效。
Under the mechanism of school-enterprise integration,tourism management majors take the quality,knowledge and skills education based on job position,"double certification"education based on vocational certificate,"craftsmanship"education based on skill competition and"double creation"education based on innovation and entrepreneurship as the entry point and breakthrough for skilled and applied talents,and keep exploring and practicing for it.The integrated curriculum system of"post,course,certificate,competition and creation"is formed by integrating"post,course,certificate,competition and creation"into all aspects of talent training,which has greatly changed the original teaching mode and talent training mode and achieved good results.
