基于物业岗位体验的育人实践研究——以会计专业为例

摘要 高职院校物业服务管理为教学、科研、师生提供全方位、多层次的综合服务。将高职院校物业服务模式与人才培养模式相对接,构建特色育人平台。与专业实践课程相融合,以岗位体验的育人实践教育作为基本途径,能够为学生提供重要的成长与发展平台,并且进一步加强德育教育中的价值观引导,提升教育育人效果。以会计专业学生为例,有针对性地探究了基于物业岗位体验的育人实践有效策略,以构建教育实践育人的长效机制。 Property service management in Higher Vocational Colleges provides all-round and multi-level comprehensive services for teaching,scientific research,teachers and students.It will build a characteristic education platform by connecting the property service mode of Higher Vocational Colleges with the talent training mode.Integrating with professional practice courses and taking the post experience education as the basic way,it can provide an important growth and development platform for students,and further strengthen the guidance of values in moral education to improve the effect of education.Based on this,taking students in the major of accounting as example,this paper explores the effective strategies of education practice based on the property post experience with the purpose of building a long-term mechanism of education practice.
