职业院校“1+X”证书制度实施困境及对策研究

Study on Dilemma and Countermeasures of Implementing the"1+X"Certificate System in Vocational Colleges

通过论述“1+X”证书制度内涵及意义,结合当前证书制度实施中存在的困境,指出在证书制度实施策略中,要加强校企合作,以地区经济产业发展趋势为导向,多元主体协同参与职业人才培养方案的制定;严格控制证书取得标准,增加其信度和效度;产教融合,创新课程体系,增加实训和定岗实习时间;提高双师型教师比重,鼓励企业中高级人才到职业院校任职。

This paper discusses the connotation and significance of the"1+X"Certificate System.Combining the current difficulties in the implementation of the system,this paper points out that in strategies of implementing this system,the school-enterprise cooperation should be strengthened,the region economy development should be orientation,and multiple subjects participate in the formulation of professional talent training programs.Standard of certificate acquisition should be controlled to increase its reliability and validity.Vocational colleges can integrate education with industry,innovate curriculum system and increase time of practical training.The proportion of"double-functions"teachers can be increased and enterprise experts are encouraged to take part-time job in vocational colleges.
