智慧学习环境下教师学习共同体的构建路径研究

摘要 教师学习共同体是推进教师专业发展的有效学习组织形式。智慧元素与教师学习共同体的融合符合智慧教育的理念要求,顺应教师专业发展的需求,呼应学校长远发展的诉求。智慧学习环境下教师学习共同体的构建主要涵盖以下四个方面:择选目标一致的共同体成员,构建智能化共同体学习环境,践行丰富的共同体学习活动,创生和谐的共同体文化氛围。四个方面相对独立却又彼此关联,共同致力于教师专业知识的深化和专业能力的提升,推动教师专业发展进程。 Teacher learning community is an effective learning organization form to promote teachers’professional development.The integration of wisdom elements and teacher learning community meets the requirements of the wisdom education,meets the needs of teachers’professional development,and echoes the long-term development demands of the school.Under the intelligent learning environment,the construction of teacher learning community mainly includes the following four aspects:selecting community members with the same goal,building an intelligent community learning environment,practicing rich community learning activities,and creating a harmonious community cultural atmosphere.Those aspects are relatively independent but related to each other.They are committed to deepening teachers’professional knowledge and improving their professional abilities,so as to promote the process of teachers’professional development.
