基于点胶法的磨料有序排布电镀砂轮制备方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 开展基于点胶法的超硬磨料有序排布电镀砂轮制造技术研究,介绍了有序排布方式、点胶法原理,分析了胶点对磨料粘接的影响,并设计了粘接上砂的装置;对点胶法的电镀工艺进行了工艺试验及优化,并对镀层磨料结合界面进行了分析;开展了有序排布砂轮磨削性能试验研究,试验结果表明,采用点胶法制造的有序排布电镀CBN砂轮磨料镀层对磨粒具有足够的把持强度、磨削刃锋利,磨削力和磨削温度明显小于传统电镀CBN砂轮的磨削力和磨削温度。 The manufacturing technology of ordered arrangement of electroplated grinding wheels with super-hard abrasives based on the dispensing method was studied.The principle of orderly arrangement and dispensing method were introduced,the influence of the glue point on abrasive bonding was analyzed,and the bonding and planting sand device of abrasive was designed;The electroplating process of dispensing method was tested and optimized,and the bonding interface between coating and abrasive was analyzed;The experimental research on the grinding performance of orderly arranged CBN grinding wheel was carried out.The experimental results show that the abrasive coating of orderly arranged electroplated CBN grinding wheel manufactured by dispensing method has sufficient pullout strength for abrasive,the grinding edge of abrasive wheel is sharp,and the grinding force and grinding temperature are significantly lower than those of traditional electroplated CBN grinding wheel.
