摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展,对于机械零件的质量要求越来越高。考虑进给速度的因素,铣刀切削刃的真实运动轨迹为次摆线轨迹。同时,考虑铣刀切削刃的间断分布,立铣刀加工时,会在进给方向的侧面上产生扇形残留。本文以立铣刀侧铣为例,研究了工件表面沿进给方向存在的扇形残留,铣刀半径和切削刃数对扇形残留的影响规律。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the quality requirements for mechanical parts are getting higher and higher. Considering the factor of feed speeds, the real motion trajectory of the cutting edge of the milling cutter is the trochoidal trajectory. At the same time, considering the discontinuous distribution of the cutting edge of the milling cut-ter, a fan-shaped residue will be generated on the side of the feed direction when on end mill is processed. This paper takes the side milling of the end mill as an example to study the fan-shaped residue on the surface of the workpiece along the feed direction, and the influence of the radius of the milling cutter and the number of cutting edges on the fan-shaped residue.
