摘要 中等职业教育是培养一技之长和一专多能专业性人才的重要途径,其所培养的人才为国家发展做出巨大贡献。提高中等职业教育的教学效果,培养和激发中职学生的学习动机至关重要。以吉林中工技师学院为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法、课堂观察法等教育研究方法进行研究分析,发现该校学生的学习动机现状及其存在的问题,从四个层面进行原因分析,同时相应地提出培养和激发中职学生学习动机的措施。 Secondary vocational education is an important way to cultivate professional talents with one skill and one specialization with multiple abilities.The talents cultivated by secondary vocational schools have made great contributions to the development of the country.To improve the teaching effect of secondary vocational education,it is very important to cultivate and stimulate the learning motivation of secondary vocational students.By taking Jilin Zhonggong Technician College as the research object,using the questionnaire survey method,interview method,classroom observation method and other educational research methods to conduct research and analysis,the paper discovers the current situation of students'learning motivations and existing problems,and analyzes the reasons from four perspectives.At the same time,corresponding measures are proposed to cultivate and stimulate the learning motivations of secondary vocational students.
