基于CiteSpace血管性抑郁研究的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Vascular Depression Based on CiteSpace

目的对血管性抑郁近15年的文献进行可视化分析,探索血管性抑郁的主要研究方向及热点。方法运用顺查法检索Web of Science(WOS)中SCI-E 2005年1月—2019年12月血管性抑郁的相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.6.R2进行作者、研究机构、国家合作关系及关键词共现分析,对其文献、期刊共被引进行可视化分析。结果共获得3664篇文献,年度发文量均在170篇以上,发文量总体呈上升趋势,2018年是发文量高峰期,达308篇;2019年达到近15年的引文最高峰。在该领域领先的国家是美国、芬兰、英国,美国文献产量较多,芬兰在该领域有突破性进展,英国不仅发文量高,且中心性高。加利福尼亚大学是该领域的权威机构。发文量最高的作者为Steffens D C,被引频次最高的作者是Alexopoulos G S。被引频次最高的期刊是Neurology。热点的关键词为抑郁、老年性抑郁、血管性抑郁、痴呆、阿尔兹海默症、危险因子、患病率等,可形成7个聚类群。结论应用CiteSpace对血管性抑郁近15年相关文献进行可视化分析,展示出了目前合作的国家和机构,揭示了研究的热点及方向,对血管性抑郁的深入研究具有重要参考价值。

Objective To explore the main research direction and hotspots of vascular depression by visual analysis of the literature in the past 15 years.Methods The sequential search method was used to search the literature on vascular depression in SCI-E in Web of Science from January 2005 to December 2019.Citespace 5.6.R2 was applied to analyze the authors,research institutions,national cooperation relations and keywords co-occurrence analysis,and to visually analyze the co-citation of their literature and journals.Results A total of 3664 papers were obtained,and the annual number of articles published was more than 170,and the total number of papers increased year by year.The peak of the number of papers was 308 in 2018.In 2019,the citation reached its peak in nearly 15 years.The leading countries in this field were the United States,Finland,and the United Kingdom.The United States had a lot of literature production.Finland had made a breakthrough in this field.The United Kingdom not only published a great number of papers,but also had a high centrality on the topic.The University of California was the authority in this field.Steffens D C was the most frequently cited author,and Alexopoulos G S was the most frequently cited author.The most frequently cited journal was Neurology.The key words of hot spots were depression,senile depression,vascular depression,dementia,Alzheimer′s disease,risk factors,prevalence,which could form seven clusters.Conclusion The application of CiteSpace in the literature analysis of vascular depression in the past 15 years shows the current countries and institutions of cooperation in this field,reveals the hot spots and directions of research,and has important reference value for the in-depth study of vascular depression.
