利用PY-GC/MS研究低温和不同气氛下加热不燃烧烟草薄片烟气释放行为 被引量:2

摘要 本文在较低温度下采用热裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用技术研究了薄荷型加热不燃烧烟草薄片在氦气和空气氛围中的烟气释放行为。结果表明,烟气中的主要成分为烟碱、薄荷酰胺、甘油,两种氛围中烟气释放行为有明显差异。比较了烟草薄片在典型加热温度下的烟气释放行为,裂解温度为320℃时,氦气氛围下烟气中共识别出55种化合物,空气氛围下的烟气中识别出62种化合物。本方法为天然产物烟气释放行为研究提供了一种思路。 Smoke release behaviors of heat not burning tobacco sheets was studied using pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(PY-GC/MS).They were manipulated under helium and air atmosphere at low pyrolysis temperature.It was showed that the main components were nicotine,menthane carboxamide and glycerol.The release behaviors showed obvious differences under helium and air atmosphere.The influences of pyrolysis temperature on the different compounds were different under the same atmosphere.The release behaviors at typical temperature were also studied in this work,there are 55 kinds of compounds under helium atmosphere and 62 kinds of compounds under air atmosphere were recognized.This method provides a new idea for the study of smoke release behavior of natural product.
