摘要
从双元学习视角,结合动态能力理论,构建双元学习对平台竞争的研究模型;在此基础上,进一步分析动态能力和环境动态性在以上关系中的中介及调节作用;利用实证方法对相关假设进行检验.层级回归结果表明,在控制其他因素的影响下,探索式学习和利用式学习均显著正向影响平台竞争;动态能力在其中起着中介作用.同时,平台所面临的环境动态程度越高,动态能力对技术创新的影响就越大.最后,指出现有研究的不足及对未来进行展望.
This paper explores the influence of ambidextrous learning on platform competition through empirical research,including exploratory learning and exploitative learning.On this basis,it further studies the mediation and regulation of dynamic ability and environmental dynamics in the above relationship.Hierarchical regression results show that under the influence of other factors,exploratory learning and exploitative learning have significant positive effects on platform competition;dynamic capability plays an intermediary role in it.At the same time,the higher the dynamic degree of the environment faced by the platform,the greater the impact of dynamic capability on technological innovation.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of existing research and prospects for the future.
