PD40附壁自爬升式桥梁钢塔安装起重机

摘要 目前,桥梁高塔安装施工多采用塔式起重机节段吊装方案。当塔高偏高、特别是单塔节质量过大时,仍采用塔式起重机进行吊装施工,设备制造和租赁成本会非常高。文中介绍了一种额定起重量为40 t的附壁自爬升式钢塔安装起重机。该起重机自带动力,一方面满足起重吊装钢塔的作业需求;另一方面,该起重机的全液压自爬升系统使整机可沿已安装好的钢塔外塔壁自行爬升与下降。该钢塔安装起重机为钢塔安装施工而设计,且首次在国内获得成功应用。 Currently,tower cranes are often used for segmental hoisting in the installation and construction of bridge towers.When the steel tower is high,especially when the weight of a single tower joint is too large,if the tower crane is still used for hoisting,the equipment manufacturing and leasing costs will be very high.In this paper,a wall-attached self-climbing steel tower installation crane with a rated lifting capacity of 40 t is introduced.The crane has its own power source,which on the one hand can meet the operation requirements of lifting steel towers;On the other hand,the full hydraulic self-climbing system of the crane can make the whole crane climb and descend along the wall outside the installed steel tower.The crane for steel tower installation is specially designed for steel tower installation and has been successfully applied in China.
