摘要
以晋能控股煤业集团三元煤业四采区4302回采工作面为例,进行了区段煤柱留设宽度的理论分析。在采用理论计算确定区段煤柱留设宽度下限的基础上,通过数值模拟方式,对其区段采空区侧向支承应力分布规律进行分析探讨,在此基础上结合煤柱受力状态的主要影响因素进行了不同应力环境下、不同宽度区段煤柱应力变形的对比分析,最终确定出该回采工作面既有地质条件下煤柱留设宽度的合理取值,在煤矿安全生产的基础上保证了资源采出率的提升。
Taking 4302 mining face in the fourth mining area of Sanyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as an example,a theoretical analysis of the setting width of section coal pillars was carried out.On the basis of theoretical calculations to determine the lower limit of the setting width of coal pillars,this paper used numerical simulation method to analyze and discuss the lateral support stress distribution law of the section mined-out area.On this basis,combined with the main influencing factors of the coal pillar stress state,it compared and analyzed the stress deformation of coal pillars in different stress environments and different width sections.Finally,it determined a reasonable value for the setting width of the coal pillars under the existing geological conditions of the mining face.On the basis of coal mine safety production,the improvement of resource recovery rate was ensured.
