Differentiated Comparison Based on Building Energy Conservation Strategies:A Case Study of Germany and Japan

能源紧缺是全球面临的共同问题,如何节约能源,走可持续发展的道路,不同的国家在不同的领域采取了不同的应对策略。德国和日本是两个发达的资本主义大国,他们在建筑节能领域领先于世界。从技术、标准、法律法规三个方面,对德国、日本进行对比分析,总结他们的先进理念和技术,希望能对中国的建筑节能工作有所帮助。

Energy shortage is a common problem facing the whole world.Different countries have adopted different coping strate-gies in different fields to save energy and take the road of sustainable development.Germany and Japan are two developed capita-list countries,and they are ahead of the world in the field of building energy conservation.This paper compared and analyzed Germany and Japan from three aspects:technology,standards,laws and regulations,and summarized their advanced concepts and technologies,hoping to help China's building energy conservation work.
