矿井水环保排放工艺技术的研究

摘要 针对矿井水零排放难度大、净化成本高、效率低的问题,提出了一种新的矿井水环保排放工艺技术,综合应用净化处理、深度处理、浓缩处理和蒸发结晶的方案实现了对矿井水的深度净化和处理,不仅满足了零排放处理要求,而且实际验证表明,该新的处理工艺技术综合处理成本为7.62元/t,比优化前降低了28.9%,对提升矿井水净化效果、降低净化成本、提高排放环保性具有十分重要的意义。 Aiming at the problems of difficult zero discharge of mine water,high purification cost and low efficiency,this paper put forward a new environmental protection discharge process technology of mine water,it comprehensively applies the scheme of purification treatment,advanced treatment,concentration treatment and evaporative crystallization to realize the deep purification and treatment of mine water,which not only meets the requirements of zero discharge treatment,but also the actual verification shows that the comprehensive treatment cost of the new treatment technology is 7.62 yuan/t,28.9%lower than that before optimi-zation.It is of great significance to improve the purification effect of mine water,reduce the purification cost and improve the environmental protection of discharge.
