摘要
以山西何家堡选煤厂为例,对其重介旋流器分选原理进行概述分析,并对重介旋流器结构参数选择对分选效果的影响进行详述。分析结果表明,重介旋流器分选原煤效率与圆柱直径和长度、入料口形状和尺寸、锥形旋流器锥角、中心溢流管和底流口等结构参数选取密切相关,选煤厂应通过加强结构参数选取和调整获取较佳的原煤分选效果。
Taking Hejiabao Coal Preparation Plant of Shanxi as an example,this paper summarized and analyzed the separation principle of the dense medium cyclone of it,and described the influence of the selection of the structure parameters of the dense medium cyclone on the separation effect in detail.The analysis results show that the separation efficiency of the dense medium cyclone is closely related to the selection of structural parameters such as the diameter and length of the cylinder,the shape and size of the inlet,the cone angle of the conical cyclone,the central overflow pipe and the underflow opening.The coal preparation plant should strengthen the selection and adjustment of structural parameters to obtain better raw coal separation results.
