摘要
针对一锅炉存在的低温再热器受热面烟气磨损泄漏严重的问题,对低温再热器受热面磨损严重的关键原因进行了分析,在运行优化调整难以取得显著效果后,完成了低温再热器受热面优化改造,大幅减缓了低温再热器受热面的磨损,提高了机组运行的可靠性,对同类型机组改造具有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problem of serious flue gas wear and leakage on the heating surface of the low-temperature reheater in a boiler,this paper analyzed the key reasons for the serious wear of the heating surface of the low-temperature reheater.After the operation optimization and adjustment were difficult to achieve significant results,the optimization transformation of the heating surface of the low-temperature reheater was completed,which greatly reduced the the wear of the heating surface of the low-temperature reheater,improved the reliability of the unit operation,and had certain reference significance for the transformation of the same type of units.
