摘要
对矿井排水系统智能化改造进行了研究。为有效解决寺河二号井排水设备劳动强度大、操作烦琐等问题,对主排水系统进行了智能化改造,对中央泵房系统、控制方式和上位机软件进行了深化设计,并完成了现场试验。试验结果表明,通过智能化改造,系统实现了泵房的无人值守。
This paper studied the intelligent transformation of mine drainage system.In order to effectively solve the problems of high labor intensity and cumbersome operation of the drainage equipment of Sihe No.2 mine well,the main drainage system was intelligently transformed,the central pump room system,control mode and host computer software were in-depth designed,and the field test was completed.The test results showed that the system realized the unattended pump room through the intelligent transformation.
