基于可拓评价模型的矿井应急管理系统研究

Research on Mine Emergency Management System Based on Expandable Evaluation Model

基于可拓评价模型,对矿井应急管理系统中的6个因素进行了评价研究,得到重大危险源识别机制和事故责任认定评价结果为优,预防安全检查机制、相关法律法规落实力度、事后保险索赔的评价结果为良,处理灾害事故的措施评价结果为一般。基于评价结果,提出了整改意见,为提高矿井的应急管理能力提供了参考。

Based on the expandable evaluation model,this paper evaluated and studied the six factors in the mine emergency management system.It is found that the evaluation results of major hazard identification mechanism and accident responsibility identification are excellent,the evaluation results of preventive safety inspection mechanism,implementation of relevant laws and regulations and post insurance claim are good,and the evaluation results of measures to deal with disaster accidents are general.Based on the evaluation results,rectification opinions were put forward,which provides a reference for improving the emergency management ability of the mine.
