摘要 作为煤矿井下“三机一架”设备之一,液压支架对确保煤矿井下综采作业的安全起着十分重要的作用。在液压支架支护作业过程中,由于综采的进行,煤矿井下巷道的地质结构和压力不断发生变化,对液压支架在支护过程中的支护状态、支架阻力等有不同的要求。现有的液压支架结构均采用了恒支撑结构,无法适应井下复杂的地质环境,给井下的支护安全造成了较大的安全隐患。提出了一种基于支架-围岩耦合理论的液压支架综合测控系统,能够对液压支架工作时的受力状态进行不间断监测和调整,从而使液压支架始终处在最佳的支护工作状态,极大地提升了液压支架工作时的安全性,延长了支架的使用寿命。 As one of the"three machines and one support"equipment in underground coal mines,hydraulic supports play a very important role in ensuring the safety of fully mechanized underground mining operations in coal mines.In the support operation process of hydraulic support,due to the progress of fully mechanized mining,the geological structure and pressure of underground coal mine roadways are constantly changing,and there are different requirements for the support state and support resistance of the hydraulic support during the support process.The existing hydraulic support structures all adopt a constant support structure,which cannot adapt to the complex geological environment of the underground,and causes a relatively large safety hazard to the safety of underground support.This paper proposed a comprehensive measurement and control system of hydraulic support based on the support-surrounding rock coupling theory,which can continuously monitor and adjust the force state of the hydraulic support when it is working,so that the hydraulic support is always in the best supporting working state.It greatly improves the safety of the hydraulic support during work and prolongs the service life of the support.
