This paper summarized the importance of fault analysis and diagnosis of key components of shearers,systematically analyzed the common faults of the key components of the shearer,mainly including mechanical faults,electrical system faults,bearing faults and hydraulic system faults,and finally expounded the fault diagnosis of the key components of the shearer,which can ensure the timely diagnosis and solution of the faults of the shearer,provide some reference for the fault solution of the key components of the shearer,and ensure the smooth progress of the underground operation of the coal mine to a certain extent.
