摘要
针对当前常规瓦斯治理及通风处理情况,对瓦斯布管抽采技术原理进行分析,并提出了矿井瓦斯布管抽采技术应用的可行性和瓦斯传感器的作用原理,同时还进行了基于FX-PLC的变频式矿井通风控制系统的优化探讨,有助于根据矿井瓦斯含量进行通风参数的灵活调整,既能满足综采作业安全要求,又能降低通风能耗,提升通风效果,有效降低井下瓦斯事故发生的概率。
According to the current conventional gas control and ventilation treatment,this paper analyzed the principle of gas pipe drainage technology,proposed the feasibility of the application of mine gas pipe drainage technology and the function principle of gas sensor,and discussed the optimization of the frequency conversion mine ventilation control system based on FX-PLC.It is helpful for the flexible adjustment of ventilation parameters according to the mine gas content,which can not only meet the safety requirements of fully mechanized mining operations,but also reduce ventilation energy consumption,improve the ventilation effect,and effectively reduce the probability of underground gas accidents.
