冠脉介入治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及对并发症的影响

Clinical Effect of Coronary Intervention on Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris and Its Influence on Complications

目的:探讨冠脉介入治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及对并发症的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年9月笔者所在医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者94例,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,每组47例。对照组应用常规保守治疗,研究组应用冠脉介入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、生活质量、心功能指标变化。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组LVESD、LVEDD、LVPW均低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF、LVSV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠脉介入治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of coronary intervention on coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its influence on complications.Method:A total of 94 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 47 patients in each group.The control group received conventional conservative treatment,and the study group received coronary intervention treatment.The clinical efficacy,complications,quality of life and changes of cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LVESD,LVEDD and LVPW in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and LVEF,LVSV were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Coronary intervention in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris has significant clinical effect,can reduce the incidence of complications,should be further popularized in clinical application.
