摘要
分析全钢载重子午线轮胎压延钢丝帘布常见问题,并提出相应控制措施。通过采取稳定压延速度,保证胶料混炼均匀,合理设计胶片厚度、辊距和辊筒挠度变形补偿参数,规范钢丝帘线锭子绕线、导开、拉线和排线等操作及电磁控制尾丝张力等措施,提高钢丝帘布压延工艺控制水平。
The common problems of the calendered steel cord of truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding control measures were put forward.By taking measures such as stabilizing calendering speed,ensuring uniform mixing of the rubber compound,reasonably designing rubber sheet thickness,roll distance and roll deflection compensation parameters,standardizing the operation of winding,guiding,drawing and arranging of the steel cord spindle,and implementing the control method of tail wire tension by using electromagnetic device,the control level of the steel cord calendering process was improved.
