摘要 采取调整三角胶胶片、胎侧胶片的方法对12R22.5无内胎全钢子午线轮胎成型工艺进行改进。通过增大三角胶上胶片宽度、减小胎侧上胶片宽度,同时设定合理的端点级差,胎坯胎侧气泡减少,成型工序效率提高,成品轮胎返修率大幅度降低;成品轮胎的静负荷性能、耐久性能和高速性能变化不大,外观改善,生产成本降低。 The building process of 12R22.5 tubeless all-steel radial tire was improved by adjusting the apex film and the sidewall film.By increasing the width of the film on the apex,reducing the width of the film on the sidewall,and setting a reasonable end point difference,the air bubbles on the sidewall of the green tire were reduced,the efficiency of building process was improved,and the repair rate of the finished tire was greatly reduced.Moreover,the static load performance,durability and high speed performance of the finished tire had little change,the tire appearance was improved,and the production cost was reduced.
