摘要
在“双一流”建设背景下,优势学科实现国际化,是进入“世界一流学科”的一个重要门槛。“学科国际化”即通过开放办学、吸收借鉴国际一流大学的先进理念与模式,延揽世界一流学者,在管理制度优化、师资队伍建设、人才培养、国际化协作等方面推进学科跨越式发展的过程。该文通过研究国内外高校学科国际化建设现状,分析优势学科国际化建设过程中所面临的问题及其成因,为地方重点高校优势学科国际化建设提供了可参照的发展路径。
Under the background of“Double First-Class”con‐struction,the realization of internationalization of advantage disciplines is an important threshold for entering“first-class disciplines”.“Disciplinary internationalization”refers to the process of promoting the leapfrog development of disciplines through the way of management system optimization,faculty building,talent training,and international collaboration by opening up schools,take advantage of the advanced concepts and models of world-class universities,recruiting world-class scholars.This research intends to study the current status of the internationalization of disciplines in domestic and foreign uni‐versities,to analyze the problems and causes in the process of the internationalization of advantage disciplines and provide reference for the development path internationalization of ad‐vantage disciplines of local key universities.
