立德树人视域下高校共青团第二课堂育人机制和建设路径探究--以中国科学技术大学为例

Research on the Second Classroom Education Mechanism and Construction Path of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Strengthening Moral Education:Taking the University of Science and Technology of China as an Example

随着思想政治教育工作的不断推进和高校“大思政”育人格局的逐渐形成,高校人才培养逐渐凸显出新的价值趋向。作为第一课堂延展的第二课堂,是人才培养体系的重要组成部分,其课程体系和实施方法也要逐步科学化、体系化、信息化。遵循立德树人的根本任务,中国科学技术大学着力构建第二课堂综合育人体系,创新人才培养方式,形成第一课堂和第二课堂相互呼应配合的完整育人体系,促进学校“三全育人”态势的逐步形成和立德树人根本教育任务目标的实现。

With the continuous advancement of ideological and political education and the gradual formation of the“great ideological and political”education pattern in colleges and universities,the new value trend of talent training in colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent.As an extension of the first classroom,the second classroom is an important part of the talent training system,and its curriculum system and implementation methods should be gradually scientific,systematic and information-based.Following the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,University of Science and Technology of China focuses on building a comprehensive education system of second classroom,innovating talent training methods,forming a complete education system in which first classroom and second classroom echo and cooperate with each other,and promoting the gradual formation of the school’s“three complete education”situation and the realization of the fundamental education task goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people.
